Four Decades of Business Litigation Experience
Brian Ettinger has been a licensed attorney for more than 40 years, with a practice focused on business representation for international and domestic companies across industries, including health, beauty, and manufacturing including oil and gas, LNG production and exploration, and rig equipment and oil services. His work spans contracts, negotiations, business development, complex civil litigation, and corporate reorganization.
The Firm works closely with management of businesses on a range of issues related to the business manner as well as acquisition and divestiture of company assets and formation of additional entities.Â

Outside General Counsel to Companies Across Industries
Brian currently serves as Outside General Counsel to Farouk Systems, Inc., a leading health and beauty supply company with revenues exceeding $750 million and worldwide distribution, as well as to Well Genie LLC, T.I.E.C., Inc. and LNG21,LLC. He has also served as Outside General Counsel to Drilling Structures International, Inc., and sat on the board of a publicly traded healthcare company from 2011 through 2016.

International Experience and Government Relations
Brian has represented high-profile clients worldwide, including the nations of Libya and Pakistan, handling government relations and regulatory matters. He was a registered lobbyist for foreign governments, sovereign-owned energy companies, and international businesses; FARA registered for the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and formerly FARA and LDA registered for the Libyan National Army and the Government of Azerbaijan. He has also previously qualified as a mediator and arbitrator for domestic and international legal matters.

Background in Public Service
Before entering private practice, Brian served as a Harris County Prosecutor, a Congressional Staff Assistant to Senate leadership, including then-Senator Joe Biden (1978–1980), and an assistant to Mayor Rizzo for the City of Philadelphia (1975–1978).
