About Brian S. Ettinger
A graduate of La Salle University and the South Texas College of Law, Brian S. Ettinger has represented various high-profile clients worldwide, including the nations of Libya and Pakistan. With over 30 years of experience handling complex international criminal and civil matters, Mr. Ettinger currently serves as Outside Counsel for Drilling Structures International, Inc. and TIEC, Inc. His practice represents foreign and domestic business clients in international and cross-border litigation, compliance, and governmental matters across multiple industries.
Prior to entering into private practice, Mr. Ettinger was a former Harris County Prosecutor, former Congressional Staff Assistant to Congressional Senate Leadership including then-Senator Joe Biden, and assistant to the Mayor of the City of Philadelphia. Mr. Ettinger also served as Chairman of the U.S. Department of Justice Organized Crime Task Force Advisory Committee.
